Two courses are being offered in January and CPD points are awarded for both courses.
These sessions have been commissioned by Citizens Advice Wiltshire.
Due to the sensitive nature of the courses places are limited and will be allocated first come, first served. Only when delegates receive a confirmation email will a booking request be secured.

Course Outline |
This training course has been developed in conjunction with experts from the Broxtowe Women’s Project. Following the landmark Domestic Abuse Bill in 2019, it is important to equip money advisers on how to recognise and assist domestic abuse cases.
|
Vulnerabilities include a range of factors – from learning or physical disabilities to mental health, addictions or abuse – and they can be categorised as short or long-term. No matter what the vulnerability, it’s important that advisers identify these signs promptly and know how to appropriately respond to and support people.
