Training Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Wiltshire Money does not provide direct training services. We act as a broker by commissioning relevant training courses for our members. We have developed our cancellation and substitution policy in order to mitigate the risk to our service.
In the event of cancellation of a training course commissioned by Wiltshire Money, all fees paid will be returned, or transferred - with your agreement - to a later event. We fully recognise that difficulties do arise from time to time over attendance at training events. Although we will endeavour to re-book places that are cancelled this cannot be guaranteed. The following conditions will therefore apply to all confirmed bookings:
Joining Instructions
- Joining instructions and links will be emailed to the attendees prior to the session.
- Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they check their spam filters and organisation security systems will allow this information through.
- It is the responsibility of the attendees to ensure that they have not been blocked from receiving any joining instructions and links prior to the date of the course.
Payment
- Contact details for invoicing your organisation should be provided at the time of registration.
- Course fees must be paid beforehand.
Substitutions
- Substitutes from within the same organisation are acceptable up to the commencement of the training.
- We should be notified of substitutions in writing to [email protected].
Cancellations and non-attendance
- The fee will be reimbursed for cancellations notified to Wiltshire Money ([email protected]) at least 14 days before the course.
- The full fee will be non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of the course, or non-attendance on the day of the course.
- Wiltshire Money reserves the right to cancel the course, to change the venue and/or the course facilitators.
- For Wiltshire Community Foundation-funded places there will be a fee of £25 for short-notice cancellations or non-attendance.
