Home-Start Kennet understands how hard parenting can be!
Sometimes all families need is a little support to help them through a challenging time.
They could be feeling isolated or lonely, suffering poor mental/physical health, experiencing a relationship breakdown or coping with twins! They could just be feeling overwhelmed and not know which way to turn.
We help by giving free emotional and practical support. Our friendly volunteers will visit weekly for 2-3 hours or give support over the phone*. Our volunteers will listen and help find the best way forward. In difficult times, someone to talk to and a listening ear can often make all the difference.
To find out more about how we can help, please get in touch!
