This e-training is for any staff or volunteers who advise on welfare benefits and/or support low- income households. The course will cover passporting from benefits, additional help with health costs, transport, child related costs and housing. |

This session is to raise awareness of extra help available to those on low incomes and where to find that help |
| Objectives |
Following the presentation delegates will be:
- More aware of extra help available
- More confident about finding sources of extra help
- Able to improve take-up of passported benefits and other help available
- More able to either advise on making claims or make appropriate referrals for further support
