As part of the Local Authority’s implementation of the Renter’s Rights Act, Wiltshire Council’s Public Health Team is keen to engage with practitioners working with private rented sector tenants. This Focus Forum will benefit anyone working with private rented sector tenants who are experiencing financial and/or health issues connected to their tenancies.

  • How can the Public Health Team’s Healthy Homes project provide support to these clients?
  • How can private landlords be engaged with to understand their new responsibilities, and what are the benefits of this approach?
