Across the region, some individuals and groups are underserved and, as a result, have difficulty accessing or engaging with essential services and support provision. This Focus Forum will be of interest to front-line staff as well as people responsible for increasing organisational outreach and engagement.

  • How can these individuals and groups be engaged with earlier?
  • Are there any examples of good practice in the region?
  • Do different methods and channels work better with different groups?
  • Are there examples of effective data-sharing between organisations?
